| My family went to the IHOP on Ellsworth Road last Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 6:35 PM. The restaurant wasn't very busy and the six of us were seated within five minutes. After deciding what we wanted, the server returned and took our order pleasantly. The rest of my family ordered pancake and omlet dishes while I ordered a cheeseburger. We then waited for 35 minutes to receive lukewarm food. My burger was burnt on the outside and dry on the inside. Definitely NOT the "juicy" burger they advertised. All the rest of my family complained that their meals were cold also. We would have complained to the server, but we didn't see her again until she brought the check. We paid over $60.00 for this sad meal and my sisters still left a tip. I do know we will not be returning to this restaurant ever and will be telling all our friends to stay away. This is what bad service gets you today. No return business and a bad reputation. | |
