| I to have had a few bad dealings with them.But seems like they have tossed out most of the bad apples.We ask for the same waitress everytime we vist(Sherry) were very pleased now with our vist and the food is Great.The staff seems to work well with each other.But it seems like your server should of had change to give you or asked another server.Maybe she just didnt have time or didnt try to meet your needs.I hope you ended up with your paper : ) Robin | |

| My family and I visited your restuarant on Sunday 8/3 after church. Upon entering your parking lot I noticed you had an Index Journal maching in your parking lot. When I entered the restaurant, there was on one at the check out and I asked the hostess if I could get change for a dollar. She wandered around for a while and them came back and told me she would have to get it from the back. I told her not to worry about it. We sat down and had our meal and after receiving our check for our meal, we gave our debit card to our waitress and I also gave her the dollar and asked her if I could get change for the dollar. When she came back with my ticket to sign, she gave me the dollar back and told me that she tried to get change for me but her manager would not give her change because he did not have time. My waitress name was Kyesha or something like that. She was a very good waitress but I was very angry with the manager for saying he was too busy to give a customer change. I spent $40.00 plus dollars at your restaurant and eat at your restaurant quite often, but my husband and myself was so infuriated that he said we would not come there again to eat. Your manager did not make a very good impression with me and I am sorry that I cannot continue to eat at your restaurant. | |
